I feel that this is an accurate portrayal of my strengths. I always put other people's feelings before my own and I'll do anything to cheer someone up. 1st Meditation

I Meditated for the first time today and it was a truly relaxing. I found a "nature sound" app that plays a lot of relaxing music and sounds of nature. I thought that my first experience went well and I was at a real relaxed state and lost track of time. I need to work on my breathing and casting out any distracting thoughts. I look to lengthen the time I spend meditating and work on going to a deeper state of relaxation.

Intro

Hello! I'm Danny, I'm meditating for my 20% project in class to relax my body and mind from the stresses of school and everyday. There are many health benefits from meditation such as, stress relief, good mood booster, improves immune system and energy levels. It also decreases tension related pain like muscle and joint pains, insomnia and headaches. My goal ultimately is to reduce my stress and soreness in my legs from my excessive running and hopefully this'll become a daily and healthy habit of mine.
